Young Magic takes tribal rhythms from West Africa and other parts of the world and puts it through the musical equivalent of instantgram. In turn, we get a hyper-realized and electronically synthesized onslaught of consciousness-elevating primal bliss. This music is an indie psychedelic mind-fuck that will catapult you to higher planes of existences you never imagined visiting. In other words, you can think of them as Yeasayer meets Animal Collective with a little Fleet Foxes thrown in there.
